Our policy has a duration of 45 days. If 45 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are different types of goods that are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns (if applicable)

Only items at normal price will be refunded, unfortunately the products on offer can not be refounded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once you receive the item, you will be sent a gift voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will send a refund to the buyer and he will know about your return.
